No building is the same. Our price depends on our client’s needs. There is no simple formula we use to determine what the cost will be for your building. Even a building with the same square footage as another building could be a different rate. Some factors that may influence price is how many days per week our service is required, how many people are in the building, number of bathrooms, and of course, carpet versus hard floors.

We will set up a time with you to view your building for an estimate. The meeting is quick and painless. We will ask about your cleaning needs and determine how often you require our services. If you are unsure of the square footage, no problem! We will measure it for you. All of our estimates are FREE and will be sent to you within 24 hours.
