Meet Justine, she has been a dedicated part of our team since 2015. Justine has a background in Graphic Design. She came to Red Door Cleaning with a residential cleaning background, which was helpful to see details in her work. She first started out as a nightly cleaner and serviced one of our most detailed buildings 5 nights a week alongside the owner. There, she received detailed training on commercial cleaning, how to clean a commercial building, and what to look for. She is incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, and all of our clients and staff love her. From there, she moved on to the Operations Manager role. Her main focus is quality control for all of our clients. Justine completes surprise quality control visits to each and every building we clean. She looks for discrepancies in our team’s work as well as completes a tool and supply check to ensure all of our tools are in working order. It is important that our employees have working tools to be able to complete their job properly. Justine also does all the hands on training of any new employee that gets hired on with Red Door Cleaning and manages all of the supplies for our clients and staff. Justine’s job is sort of in the background and sometimes can go unnoticed. But, we at Red Door Cleaning appreciate Justine and all her hard work she has done for us.
